My Fun Filled Birthday

It has been forever since I posted last and a lot has happened in the last two weeks. Between being so busy and my laptop being in the shop, I feel like my life has just flew by. I had my birthday, we moved into my in-laws home (I will explain that another day), and of course, I still have school and homework.

I had my birthday on February 16th and and it was so fun! The night before John took me to see the Broadway show, Wicked! All I can say is, amazing!! It was totally worth every penny.

I had my birthday outfit already picked like a week ahead of time. I know, cheesy!:

My birthday started out with my birthday breakfast with John at the Waffle House:

Next, I made John take me to the mall so I could spend my birthday money. We are still a little tight on money so I made my budget at only twenty bucks tops! We stopped in at the store, Hollister, and I found the cutest pink and white striped t-shirt on sale for only ten bucks. I call it my "Where's Wanda" shirt haha! I found the most amazing smelling perfume called "Gorgeous" at Victoria's Secret. I had a ten dollar gift card so I practically got it for FREE!

Since it was my birthday, I just knew I had to stop in at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and get my free doughnut. It was so tasty I HAD to buy myself another half dozen:

Before we got lunch, I just had to stop at Petsmart and get a few treats for Patsi and Caleb since I was right on track with my budget.

For lunch we got take out from Cafe Rio. That is my favorite Mexican restaurant ever! I had a gift card for there too so no cost there:

My favorite part of my birthday was I had the opportunity to see all my best friends that I haven't seen in over a year. We all met up at Applebee's (our hangout from high school) and had dinner. There was over 25 of my different friends! It was so special to be able to spend my birthday with all the people I love!
